The shipping process

Production Time

It usually takes between 3-5 weeks to produce a doll, but then that depends on the brand and material being used to produce the doll. In some unforeseen cases, it might even take a bit longer or much less. If needed, we can sometimes expedite the process for you.  

Below is a collation of popular doll brands and the approximate time it takes them to produce for your reference. Although, please note that production may be delayed or put to a total halt during holidays.

Shipping Time

In-stock items will ship between 1-3 days after payment is received, but the custom-made dolls are delivered based on how fast the manufacturer is. However, the same goes for any item that doesn’t have an “In stock” label on it. Below are listed the shipping times of various shipping services. It is an estimated time frame, and exceptions may extend this time period. ( Exceptions include: Chinese holidays, rainstorms, COVID-19, etc.)

Delivery Change

If your plan is to get your package delivered to a FedEx or UPS store, please inform us of its address before the shipment is sent. You are also required to call the store to ensure that they allow pickups in case the package is wrongly delivered to an invalid or declined address

Please ensures that the address given to us correctly is before we ship out your love dolls. If there is any requirement to adjust the shipping address after your package has been sent out, please try to contact us as soon as possible.

To implement a change to the delivery time for the love doll, you can directly contact the couriers or personnel in charge of your package to change it to a more suitable time frame for you. Immediately your order has been successfully processed and shipped, you should usually get detailed information from the courier. This is the reason you should have your devuce turned on and clear to receive calls at all times. In case of any complaints, send us an email, and ensure that we are not blocked by your email box.

You are to check through every item to ensure there is no damage upon the arrival of your package, and if the box has been corrupted when it arrives to you, take a video or photograph of it so you can file a claim with the courier. It is also advised that you open and examine each individual unit, even if the box seems fine from the outside. Again, if you find any damage, document it. On occasion, we could need your help to file a claim with the shipping carriers when the doll gets damaged during shipping.

On occasion, while we ship out our packages to different corners of the world, international transport can be affected by the following:

  • Weather and natural disasters such as storms, floods, or earthquakes.
  • Custines inspections(in Europe) that your package is subject to may cause additional delays and even incur additional fees or delays, depending on the regulations present in your country.
  • Local holidays may affect your shipping because, during them, some shipping services will not operate or may operate under reduced hours, causing stopgaps in the transit times of this package.
  • Political situations and regulation updates may affect delivery, as political climate, government regulations, and trade policies can have adverse effects on everything from shipping routes to product availability.
  • Unforeseen situations such as accidents, strikes, or logistic issues with the courier service can also cause a delay.

Wrong Dolls

If you receive the wrong doll or it looks completely different from the pictures on the website that you placed an order for, simply document it by recording a video of you unboxing it with the entire body, head, shipping label, and external package box. We will check with our factory and couriers and arrange a replacement for you.

Damaged dolls

Please files a claim with the shipping carriers upon reception of the package if severely damaged. A new one shall be sent to you depending on how bad the damage is. If slight, a repair kit will be offered.

Missing package

If the tracking number says that your package has been delivered to your address, yet you did not receive it, place a call to the courier and file a claim as soon as possible. Just in case, we add a signature service for most packages, although exceptions may apply.

Kindly note that it isn’t in your best interest to file any claims with your payment cards or send the package back directly. Please make use of our email to schedule the return. The address o the side of the box is not available to return custom and in-stock orders. Do not use the doll before sending it back to us.
